Ainsley is a Mechatronics Engineer and Project Manager with a career that has taken him from the drawing boards of major national infrastructure programmes to construction sites across the continent, from the boardrooms of investor negotiations to the workbench of hardware prototyping. He brings analytical rigour, practical delivery experience, and a genuine curiosity for how things work — and how to make them work better.
